By creating an account on TEKNOFONIC.COM, or by uploading, downloading, viewing, streaming, or accessing any content or information from or to TEKNOFONIC.COM, you represent and warrant that you have read and understood these Terms of Service (‘Terms’), that you are of legal age (i.e. 18 years or older) and that you will abide by these Terms. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS has the right to change, withdraw, alter, replace, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted here. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS may release every now and then new features and tools or other services and/or features for the website TEKNOFONIC.COM. These new features, tools, and features are subject to these Terms (as well as any changes in the Terms). TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS reserves the right to modify entirely or partially, change, withdraw, (temporarily or permanently) suspend, discontinue, or terminate TEKNOFONIC.COM and/or any of its features and functionalities at any time and for any reason, without giving any reasons and without notice. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS also reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, terminate or cease providing access to the entire TEKNOFONIC.COM website or any part thereof, temporarily, or permanently, and whether in its entirety or with respect to individuals, groups of individuals, individual territories, states, or countries only. You hereby agree that TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS and its employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, affiliates, and shareholders shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any changes or modifications to TEKNOFONIC.COM as mentioned above, or for any decision to suspend, discontinue, terminate access, or terminate TEKNOFONIC.COM as mentioned above.
Copyrights and Intellectual Property
Between you and TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS, the TEKNOFONIC.COM platform, including its underlying idea, format, and designs, shall be considered as being a copyright-protected work. Therefore, you may not copy the TEKNOFONIC.COM format and/or exploit, publish, duplicate, or reproduce or otherwise use the TEKNOFONIC.COM format or similar platforms or formats. You may not copy, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, modify, or adapt the object and source code of TEKNOFONIC.COM, or attempt to do so. Any such infringements may and will result (i) in the removal of your TEKNOFONIC.COM account and Content, (ii) in civil litigation, (iii) in criminal prosecution. You warrant that you shall always use TEKNOFONIC.COM in good faith and with good intentions and that you will always comply with the conditions of these Terms and specifically with the conditions mentioned above. You shall not harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, or otherwise annoy other users or TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS (including its employees). Note that TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS has the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to remove you and your TEKNOFONIC.COM account immediately or take such actions as it sees fit if you breach the Terms. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS has the right to remove or disallow any user-generated content from TEKNOFONIC.COM without giving reasons and without prior notice. By submitting, uploading, or posting (‘Your Content’) to TEKNOFONIC.COM, you grant TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to publish, display, make available, transmit, distribute, copy, reproduce and otherwise communicate Your Content on the TEKNOFONIC.COM platform and on all TEKNOFONIC online media platforms (such as but not limited to its YouTube channel, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Soundcloud, etc. and its website(s)). You hereby represent and warrant explicitly to TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS (including its employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, affiliates, and shareholders) as follows: a. Your Content is created by you, or you have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use (and to authorize TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS to use) Your Content in accordance with these Terms; b. Your Content does not and will not infringe upon, or violate, any third-party rights (such as, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, portrait rights, database rights, performers’ rights, rights of privacy); c. You have obtained all rights, licenses, and/or permissions from any persons appearing in Your Content in order to include their name, voice, appearance, portraits, performance, properties, or likeness in Your Content and to submit and publish those on TEKNOFONIC.COM; d. Your Content, including any messages and comments that you may submit to TEKNOFONIC.COM, are not and will not be indecent, obscene, sexually explicit, offensive, racist, abusive, libelous, defamatory, and shall not promote or glorify violence, terrorism, illegal acts, incite hatred or violence on grounds of race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation, or are otherwise objectionable in TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS’ reasonable discretion. Courses and educational resources that are available for purchase on this website are copyrighted by TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS, and original materials that have been provided to you are for your individual use only and a single-user license. You are not authorized to use any of TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS’ intellectual property for your commercial purposes. All intellectual property, including TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS’ copyrighted programs and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of the TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS’ products and services, you agree (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS. Further, by purchasing TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS’ programs, you agree that if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. Any registered trademarks of Teknofonic Recordings LLC may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Privacy
We care about the privacy of our Users. You understand that by using the TEKNOFONIC.COM platform you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, and to have your personally identifiable information collected, used, transferred to, and processed in the United States. Your Member Account provides you with the ability to control your privacy settings on TEKNOFONIC.COM. You can make your profile page visible to Everyone, Only You, Only People You Follow, or Your Followers. You can also choose to hide your profile from the member directory. You also can control who can see your activity wall and who can send you private messages. Your account settings also provide you with the ability to control your e-mail and website notifications.
Liability for User Generated Content
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible and liable for all Your Content that you submit, post, publish or distribute to, or on TEKNOFONIC.COM, and to the extent permissible by law, TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS excludes all liability with respect to all Content and the activities of its users with respect thereto. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS (including its employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, affiliates, and shareholders) hereby excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all liability which may arise from any Content submitted to TEKNOFONIC.COM by its users, including, but not limited to, any claims for infringement of any rights, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or publicity rights, any claims relating to the publication of defamatory, racist, pornographic, obscene or offensive material, or any claims relating to the completeness and accuracy of any Content, documents, and information provided by users on TEKNOFONIC.COM. Online Community and Social Media Groups
Professional producers, audio engineers, composers, songwriters, and studio musicians are welcome to join the online community and social media groups managed by TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS. We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.
All levels are welcome here. We have community members of all experience levels, from emerging to established professionals.
Keep it respectful. Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
No pitching to the group. We have a strict “no shopping for customers” policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog/social media posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone on your behalf is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to our members, you will be asked to leave.
Sharing Content. It is permissible to post a link to a third-party service such as, but not limited to, Apple Music, Spotify, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or other streaming platforms where users can listen to your music. It is also permissible to share a link to music business or industry-related online articles and blog posts that may be of interest to the community. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS reserves the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
No gated content. Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest users’ contact information in any way. If you need feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.
Respect confidentiality. Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
Partnering with other members. Access to our online community does not mean that TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the community.
Report posts that are breaking group policies. We don’t always catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it to members(at)TEKNOFONIC.COM so our team can review them.
Breaking the rules. Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7-day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.

External Services may have their own terms of use and/or privacy policy and may have different practices and requirements to those operated by TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS with respect to TEKNOFONIC.COM. You agree that TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS will not be responsible for any liabilities incurred by you as the result of such interaction and TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS will not work to resolve any disputes among its users. TEKNOFONIC.COM contains User Content provided by other Users. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS is not responsible for and does not control User Content. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS has no obligation to review or monitor, and does not approve, endorse, or make any representations or warranties with respect to User Content. You use all User Content and interact with other Users at your own risk.
Online Events and Live Streams
When there is a fee to attend a live stream, refunds will only be provided in situations where the customer is unable to watch the online event due to technical issues. Refunds will only be considered and processed on the first day of each respective event. THE TEKNOFONIC.COM LIVE STREAM AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, OR ANY OTHER FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE LIVE STREAM, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE LIVE STREAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS owned web properties. If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Modern Producer Mastermind Policy
By enrolling in Modern Producer Mastermind, TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS (herein referred to as “Company”) agrees to provide business mentoring services to you (herein referred to as “Client”) in the form of Webinars, Audio and/or Visual Presentations, and personal evaluation (“Program(s)”) in exchange for a monthly or annual membership fee. Client will have access to Program(s) for one year from date of initial purchase for annual membership or 30 days for monthly membership (“Term”) unless otherwise specified in product description(s) at the time of enrollment. Membership will automatically renew until Client terminates membership by submitting a request to cancel by email at members(at)TEKNOFONIC.COM.
Disclaimer: Client understands that Company (including its employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, affiliates, and shareholders) is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant. You understand that Company has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for Client; (6) introduce Client to Company’s full network of contacts, media partners or business partners. The client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the cancellation of membership in this program.
Membership Fees: Client agrees and understand that he/she is committing to pay Company an annual or monthly membership fee set forth at the time of enrollment. If the Client elects to pay every thirty (30) days for monthly membership or every 365 days for annual membership, the Client authorizes the Company to charge Client’s credit card, debit card, or PayPal account indefinitely until either Company or Client terminates the membership. Client may pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
Refund Policy: Client agrees and understand that he/she is foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Program(s) offered by Company. Client further acknowledges that in accepting the Terms of Service and affirmatively seeking the benefits of and membership in such Program(s), Client takes full responsibility for HIS/HER OWN success. Thus, Client agrees that he/she will not request a refund. In the event of extenuating circumstances, Company shall consider a refund request approval in its sole and absolute discretion.
Confidentiality: The Company respects the Client’s privacy and insists that the Client respects the Company’s and Program Participants (herein referred to as “Participants”). Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any Confidential Information shared by Program participants, or any Company representative is confidential, Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, on the forum or otherwise. The client agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Participants during the Program. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party. Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in the strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information and protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft. The client agrees not to violate the Company’s publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore, Client will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or Company’s direct or indirect dealings with Client, including but not limited to; names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers, or addresses. Additionally, the Company will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party. Further, by purchasing this product, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this session, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations from protecting against the harm of such violations.
No Warranties: The program is developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program. The company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. The Client understands that because of the nature of the program and the extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. The client acknowledges that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital, and there is no guarantee that the Client will reach their goals because of participation in the Program. Program education and information are intended for a general audience and do not purport to be, nor should they be construed as specific advice tailored to any individual. The company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
Termination. The company is committed to providing all clients in the Program with a positive experience. By purchasing this product, Client agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate, limit, suspend Client’s access to the Program without refund if Client becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, Client fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the Program or upon violation of the terms as determined by Company. The client will still be liable to pay Company any outstanding membership fees.
Refund Policy on Bootcamp Courses
We have a THIRTY (30)-day conditional refund policy for our courses. You must go through the training, do the assignments, and implement what you learn. If you reach out within 30 days to show us documentation that you’ve completed all the assignments, watched the training videos, and STILL haven’t seen any improvement in your work as a music producer, we will issue a full refund. Please do not enroll in our courses if you just want to “check them out”, or “look under the hood”. We have put an extraordinary amount of time, money, and effort into our programs, community, and customer support, and we will hold you to the same standard. Our programs are only for serious music producers.
Member Discount Policy
From time to time, on some TEKNOFONIC.COM products, we will offer our members the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at a discount rate. To be eligible for this discount, the customer must be a member in good standing at the time of purchase. No rebates or partial refunds will be offered if a customer purchases a training or masterclass, and then upgrades his/her membership to a level that includes free access or other discounts because these offers are intended to be a benefit for active members and not an enticement for new members. If a member purchases an item that was eligible for a discount if the member notifies members(at)TEKNOFONIC.COM within 30 days of the purchase, a partial refund for the discounted amount will be offered. If the available discount is not reported within 30 days, a credit for additional purchases will be offered, but note that no refunds or credits will be offered after 12 months from the date of purchase.
Right to Record and Document
By signing up for our products, services, and/or online communities, you hereby agree that TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS and/or its affiliates have the right use any recorded portion of the mentoring sessions, consults, or any other interactions, including but not limited to emails, social media posts, posts in the product itself, or any other product available on TEKNOFONIC.COM, for promotional and archival purposes, including the non-exclusive right to use your name and likeness.
Earnings Disclaimer
The sales figures and results shown on TEKNOFONIC.COM include our personal results and the sales figures and results of previous or existing clients. Please understand these results are not typical. We’re not implying you’ll duplicate them (or do anything for that matter). The average person who watches “how to” information sees little to no results. We’re using these references for example purposes only. We know that your odds of success will be significantly improved if you apply what you’ll learn. Your end results, however, will vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your background, experience, and work ethic. All business entails risk as well as massive and consistent effort and action. We cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. You hereby explicitly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS, (including its employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, affiliates and shareholders) from and against any and all claims, obligations, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including actual attorneys’ fees (in and out of court), resulting from: a. any violation by you of these Terms or any other unlawful act by you against TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS; b. any third party claim (justified or not) of infringement of any rights including but not limited to copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Your Content on TEKNOFONIC.COM, and/or your submitting, publishing and making available thereof to other users of TEKNOFONIC.COM; c. any activity on TEKNOFONIC.COM related to your TEKNOFONIC.COM account, be it by you or by any other person accessing your TEKNOFONIC.COM account with or without your consent.
Reporting Infringements
If you find any Content on TEKNOFONIC.COM that you believe infringes upon your rights of intellectual property, please report this to TEKNOFONIC RECORDINGS providing the following information: a. Description and the exact name of the relevant TEKNOFONIC.COM account, and the content, including the URL (if possible); b. A statement that you have identified Content on TEKNOFONIC.COM that you believe infringes your rights or the rights of a third party on whose behalf you are entitled to act; c. a statement explaining which rights are (allegedly) infringed upon, that your information is accurate and that you are fully authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is (allegedly) infringed upon; d. Your full name, address, and telephone number (including the international call prefix), a valid email address, and your TEKNOFONIC.COM username if you have one. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Manhattan County, New York. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
